The ICON•S Venezuela Chapter brings together experts and practitioners in constitutional, administrative, and international law to promote democracy, justice, equality, and human rights.

ABOUT
Its mission is to preserve and expand Venezuela’s public law tradition, shaped by generations of scholars in the country and abroad, and to serve as an inclusive hub for scholars, practitioners, and institutions in Venezuela and the diaspora, including practitioners from NGOs and civil society, so that its work remains grounded in real-world challenges. Through collaboration, rigorous research, and engagement with pressing legal and constitutional issues, the Chapter seeks to strengthen democratic governance, justice, equality, and human rights in Venezuela amid a complex humanitarian emergency.
Activities
The Chapter organizes a biennial national conference that brings together young scholars, senior academics, and practitioners, as well as seminars and publications on Venezuelan public law.
