COLOMBIA

The Colombian Chapter of the International Society of Public Law (ICON•S) is a forum for interdisciplinary debate on public law and a bridge between Colombian and international scholarship.

ABOUT

The Chapter works with ICON•S to raise awareness of the Society’s events and to support the work and training of early-career scholars and students. It offers a space for Colombian legal scholarship to deepen its involvement in public law debates at the local and global levels, encouraging dialogue with scholars from diverse legal traditions, and welcomes young scholars and practitioners from law and the other social sciences.

Activities

The Chapter organizes the ICON•S Colombia Seminar, a national conference on public law hosted by Colombian universities, and its Editorial Council works with the publisher Tirant lo Blanch.
