Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the ICON·S Executive Committee has decided to postpone our 2020 Conference to 2021. Our next Annual Conference will take place from July 8-10, 2021, in Wrocław, Poland.

The theme of our 2021 Conference in Poland will remain “Public Law, (Dis)trust and Dissent”, but it will also include a focus on trust and dissent as related to the COVID-19 pandemic to address the many public law and related issues emerging in these extraordinary times. In the months ahead, we will communicate the deadline to submit any changes to your submission or a new submission that reflects the new facets of the conference theme.

At the time of Conference registration, which at this stage we plan to be in March 2021, each member will be able to register for the Conference with their existing submission, submit changes to their paper or panel abstract, working group or forum description, and make other changes to their submission prior to the Conference registration. Participants will also be able to withdraw their submission and propose a new topic. More information will follow in the months ahead.

The Call for Papers for our postponed 2020 Annual Conference is available here. You can access the planned plenary program for the postponed 2020 Conference here.
