Participants are strongly encouraged to check Taiwan’s entry requirements and begin any necessary visa arrangements well in advance of travel. Visa procedures and processing times may vary depending on nationality, passport type, place of application, and individual circumstances.
First, please check whether you are eligible for visa-exempt entry. If a visa is required, you may also check your eligibility for a Taiwan eVisa. If neither option is available, participants who have been invited to attend the Conference may be eligible to apply for an eVisa with an Ecode, following the relevant review process. If you require assistance with an Ecode application or a letter confirming your participation in the conference, please email iconstaiwanchapter@gmail.com with your request.
